    Position: Sales Engineer

    Duties and Responsibilities: Provide the technical interface between ATC, the customer, the customer's equipment vendor, and sales staff. Participate in sales appointment calls, provide the technical solutions and network applications that satisfy prospective customer's needs. Develop and foster relationships with alliance partners, integrators and equipment vendors. Provide feedback to sales representatives after sales appointments for account development. Provide technical credibility in the sales process. Be the focal point for all technical issues relative to data networking from the Sales Team and prospective customers. Write the technical portions of special sales and proposal documents. Provide Sales Support Manager with weekly activity reports identifying customers called on or assisted, and issues preventing sales. Extensive travel to customer locations and other ATC offices to give technical presentations and sales support. When required, work outside of the office and at customer locations. Call on customer technical contacts to identify new opportunities and to retain existing business. Attend weekly sales meetings. Develop Processes and Procedures relevant to the Sales Engineer position. Standardize workflow for on time service delivery and accuracy. Communicate industry relevant information sales or technical to the Technical Services Team and any other relevant company departments. Stay abreast of all emerging network technologies and competitive offerings.

    Requirements: 5+ years experience in Tele/Data technology, sales or customer technical support. Telecommunications experience working with a LEC, IXC, ICP, Interconnect or Systems Integrator. Knowledge of voice and data network service offerings required. Physical layer wiring, routers and voice/data CPE implementation experience required LAN/WAN networking protocols at the bit level required. Frame Relay, DS-1, DDS, ISDN, MPLS, VOIP and ATM implementation experience required. Ability to multi-task is essential. Familiar and experienced in data transmission systems and data network management platforms Alternate Channels - Implementation Manager (All Markets).



    Position: National Account Director (All Markets)

    Duties and Responsibilities: Initiate contact with Fortune 1000 companies, sell ATC Communications bundled services, negotiate business deals and coordinate activities related post-sale, management of accounts. Participation in all aspects of National accounts, including generating and qualifying leads, creating proposals; closing deals; expanding client base and increasing revenue. Be the key focal point for executive and technical interactions with clients. Introduce and coordinate project teams that may include Product Management, Marketing and Engineering departments. Develop strategic plans based on industry trending and customer analysis. Prepares sales forecasts, account status reports, and recommendations to enhance account growth and revenue potential.

    Requirements: Minimum five years experience of direct sales to Fortune 1000 companies. A proven track record of closing enterprise accounts at executive levels and consistently achieving sales quota. Extensive high-level management contacts, ideally with CTO, CFO, CIO and/or President/CEO at Fortune 1000. Understanding and knowledge of emerging telecommunications marketplace. Must be proven self-starter with attention to detail and outstanding oral and written communications abilities. Entrepreneurial spirit, and the ability to shape and adapt to rapidly evolving circumstances. Proven success working in a cross-functional environment.



    Position: National Account Sales Engineer (All Markets)

    Duties and Responsibilities: Support pre-sales activities for the entire spectrum of ATC Products and Services, including local voice, long distance, frame relay, and internet. Sales Engineer is expected to perform a variety of tasks including product overviews, presentations, demonstrations, requirements assessments, solutions pricing, proposal development, product evaluations, prospect training, and sharing of product vision and technology throughout the organization.

    Requirements: A minimum of 3 years technical network design or consulting experience. Knowledge and proven proficiency within the fields of telecommunications and data network design. Possess excellent written and verbal communications skills as well as effective human relations skills. A pro-active approach to the sales process and professional presentation skills are required. Basic understanding of LANs, WANs, PBXs, routers, networking protocols, and general connectivity in diverse enterprise network environments. Bachelor's degree in business or engineering discipline or equivalent training and industry experience. General PC experience including PowerPoint, MS Office, and NT. Ability to travel required.



    Position: Alternate Channel - Business Development Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for Alternate Channels revenue growth & retention in the assigned territory. Coordinate efforts of all departments (Sales Support, Sales Engineers, Customer Care Managers, Training) for support of Agents & Agent Customers in assigned territory. Recruit new agents. Grow revenue from existing agents. Manage agent relationship. Manage conflict between the agent and direct sales channels. Coordinate agent training. Assist agents in writing proposals and closing accounts for ATC. Assure agents submit accurate orders and track orders through the provisioning process. (Once the BDM has $200,000 in revenue booked, an Agent Support Representative can be hired to assist the BDM and agents with orders submission and tracking). Complete Individual Case Basis pricing and configuration requests for agents and submit to Corporate for approval.

    Requirements: 5 years of telecommunications sales experience. B.S./B.A. degree
    Documented sales success in previous position(s)



    Position: Major Account Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for selling telecommunications services to commercial businesses. Prospecting clients and developing new prospect strategies. Making cold calls and following up on leads. Funnel management proposal development and generation. Responsible for being the primary point of contact with clients and maintaining client relationships.

    Requirements: 5-10 years of business-to-business sales experience with a proven track record. B.S./B.A. degree. Energetic, enthusiastic, and aggressive sales personality.



    Position: Carrier Relations - Major Account Managers

    Duties and Responsibilities: Selling products and services to carrier accounts. Identify new carrier prospects and pursue relationships that lead to carrier sales. Provide weekly sales forecasts that includes list of all prospects in sales funnel to Director of Carrier Sales. Make presentations to prospective carrier clients. Stay abreast of industry and ATC services. Provide information on carrier competitor pricing, products and services to the Director of Carrier Sales.

    Requirements: Five to ten years' sales experience in telecommunications. Carrier sales experience a plus. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills a must.
    Contacts in the industry to facilitate sales also a plus.



    Position: Sales Support Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities: Individual Case Basis (ICB) analysis. Logging and tracking all sales requests for special pricing, non-standard product/network configurations and requests for addenda to ATC's Master Service Agreements. Complete ICB evaluations including pro-forma profit-and-loss analysis. Daily interaction with sales teams, legal department, technical services, engineering, marketing, and network costs groups. Assist in preparation of monthly summaries and metrics to report ICB throughout and identify pricing and product areas that need evaluation by the Marketing team. Assist in the creation of weekly summaries to provide information on resolutions and pending ICBs. Educate the sales team on ICB processes and requirements.

    Requirements: 1-3 year's previous telecommunications experience is required. Strong oral and written communication skills required. Candidate must be self-motivated and able to assume tasks with minimal direction. Advanced spreadsheet skills, MS Access and PowerPoint. Working knowledge of telecommunication costs related to CLEC applications including Local and Long Distance voice services, Data including Frame Relay, ATM and Private Line, and Internet. College degree required.
